What happens the moment you hit send
The password on the form creates your free client account, and submitting signs you straight into it. Your images go to a retoucher immediately, and everything that follows happens in your dashboard: progress, questions, revisions and the finished files. Nothing about your order gets buried in an email thread.
Watch the status change live
Your order appears in the dashboard the second you submit it, with a reference number and a status that moves from submitted to in progress to delivered as the work happens. You never have to email to ask where it is.

When the edit is done the files appear on the order itself and stay there. Download them whenever you need them, alongside the originals you sent, without asking us to resend anything.

Before you send your images
Is the free trial really free?
Completely. Three images edited to your specification, with no credit card, no sign-up and no obligation to place a paid order afterwards. You keep the finished files either way.
How many images can I send?
Up to three for the trial. If you need a larger sample before committing to a catalogue, say so in the message field and we will usually agree to it.
How long does the trial take?
Most trials come back within 24 hours. Complex work such as multi-layer compositing or high-end jewellery retouching can take up to 48 hours.
What file formats can I upload?
JPEG, PNG, TIFF and RAW from any camera. Files above 25 MB each should be shared as a Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive link using the field on the form.
What happens to my images?
They are used only to produce your trial edit. Files are handled confidentially, are never published or resold, and we will sign an NDA on request for unreleased collections.
What if I do not like the result?
Tell us what is wrong and we will revise it, as many times as it takes, at no cost. If it still is not right you owe nothing and there is no follow-up sales pressure.
What does it cost if I continue?
Rates start at $0.30 an image and depend on service and complexity. There is no minimum order, and batches above 100 images qualify for discounts of up to 50%. See the full price list.

Need more than three images?
The free trial is limited to three images per account, and it exists so you can judge the work. For a real order, whether that is a catalogue, a shoot or an ongoing contract, send us the details through the contact page or message us in the live chat inside your client account. We will talk through what you need, quote it against your own files, and agree the deal before any work starts.
