However, you can’t use our content, image, or portfolio work without our permission. It is strictly illegal & we will take proper copyright action against copy content.

To take our professional services, you need to send your images & complete the payment. We will handle the images with care & dedication to meet your expectation, guidelines & deadline. You can take your final edited photos through FTP, WeTransfer, DropBox, Google drive, mail, or any other way that you like.

It is a common question that hits clients’ brains after deciding to pick our service. We are very confident about our pricing & we reveal it clearly to our clients. So there is no hidden charge in our services.
You will find the package charge on our website. But the price slightly varies depending on image complexity, turnaround time & work quantity. We can finalize the quote before order confirmation. So that no confusion or misunderstanding arises.

How do we determine picture complexity?

• The photo contains multiple holes, space, dots, wrinkles, fur & many more.
• The old image is burnt or missing some portion.
• Multiple objects or containing details

Well, we are open to giving our service in any industry. But to maintain the quality of our work we strictly follow some rules for taking orders. So before submission, follow the below rules.

• Any image that contains illegal, abusive, harmful, or racist content is strictly prohibited.
• Any image that has copyright issues are not accepted
• Any image that represents pornography or child abuse is out of service
• The image that supports terrorist or violence are not accepted

Pixle Retouching only refuses unethical work. We requested our clients to avoid submitting this type of unlawful image. We will take proper action against the misuse of our effective services. To place orders and submit files you need to create an Account on our website.

We mentioned our service package prices in the US dollar, but you can also pay in other currencies such as USD, Euro, AUD, CAD, British Pound, etc. You can simply convert US dollars to your preferred currency to make the payment conveniently.

We accept PayPal, Payoneer, Master Card, Visa Card, Bank transfer, etc. You can pay using your preferred gateway. But it is mandatory to complete the payment after placing an order or before receiving the order. We can’t hand over the final edited image without receiving the full payment.

A refund is not possible if we edit crucially & you are not satisfied with the final result. You can request for revision to get a slight modification.We are ready to refund our clients if you follow the below terms:

• Ask for a refund within 7 days after order.
• No refund request is accepted after 7days.
• If we hand over the image with the source file, then a refund is not possible.

We offer a free trial opportunity to let you know about our editing quality. You can edit the first image as a free trial without paying.
In the free trial, we only provide simple editing to judge our works. So, complex instructions or photos are not accepted for a free trial. Unfortunately, in a trial, we can’t deliver high-end photo editing.
But if you have confusion & need bulk editing services, in that case, contact us for sophisticated editing in complex images.
To avail free trial, you need to provide the below information

When you avail free trial your account will be auto generated on our website. it is also applicable when you ask for a quote.

If you want to know the actual pricing for your image, then you can ask for a quotation. Simply fill the quote form & submit it to us. We will check your requirements & send you a final quote to start work.

Pixle Retouching offers multiple revision opportunities. You can ask for a revision within 7 days after delivery. To get the revision, you need to follow the below terms:

• You can’t change prior instructions.
• Change of mind is not accepted.
• Editing instructions can’t be contradictory to the original instructions.

Revision service is for slight modification, but you can’t expect a big change in editing after final delivery. You can avail of revision if & only if you are not taking the source file. If you take the source file, then revision is not applicable.

Pixle Retouching reserves all the rights to cancel any order or deal at any time.
We can also block user accounts if you misuse our services.
