Hanger Out, Garment Untouched
The hanger, the door frame it was hooked over, the radiator and the shadow of your phone all go. The garment does not change at all — the shoulder line the hanger was holding is rebuilt, and nothing else is touched. Where you prefer a plain background we can drop it onto clean white instead, though a consistent real backdrop works just as well in resale.

A dress form is the cheapest way to photograph a garment properly and the worst thing to leave in the listing, because the buyer is looking at the mannequin as much as the item. The form comes out, the neck and armholes are rebuilt so the piece holds its own shape, and the fabric — sequins included — keeps the sparkle that made it worth listing.

Small Reflective Pieces
A polished gold ball photographs the room it is in, so a kitchen worktop or a marble tile ends up curved across the surface of the earring. The reflection has to be replaced rather than removed — polished metal with nothing in it looks like painted plastic — and the two halves of a pair have to end up reflecting the same thing.

Is it worth paying to edit resale photos?
It depends on your volume and your margin. At a few items a month, probably not. At twenty or more, the maths usually works: better photographs sell faster and hold price better, and the per-image cost is a fraction of a single item’s margin. The honest test is the free trial — send three, list them, and see whether they move differently.
Will you edit out flaws in the item?
Not unless you ask, and we would advise against it. Your photograph is the condition report. Hiding a mark or a pull converts a sale today into a return and a rating hit next week, which costs more than the sale was worth. We clean the room, not the garment — and we can shoot flaws more clearly if that helps your description.
Can you make my closet look consistent?
Yes, and it is the main reason resellers use us. Sending items in batches lets one treatment run across the set, so your closet grid reads as a single shop rather than twenty different evenings under twenty different bulbs. Buyers browse the closet before they open a listing.
How fast do I get images back?
Same working day for items sent before the cut-off, and 24 hours otherwise. Speed matters more in resale than almost anywhere else, because the listing wants to be live while the item is still current, so the workflow is built around it.
Do you need a specific background or setup from me?
No. Shoot on whatever surface you have, in the best light you can find, with the item flat or hung. Even light beats good light: a shot under one consistent source is much easier to correct than one lit by a window and a bulb at the same time.
Can you remove the hanger, or my hand from the shot?
Yes, both are routine. Hangers, hands, phone reflections in mirror shots and the shadow of the phone itself all come out. If you want the item shown on a hanger because it hangs better that way, we leave it and simply clean around it — tell us which you prefer.
How should I name and send the files?
However suits you. Upload through the portal, Dropbox, Google Drive or WeTransfer, and files come back named to your convention so they map onto your listings without renaming. For regular batches we can connect directly to your storage.
